SighThor provides browser-based planning and export tooling for terrain-aware camera coverage and drone line-of-sight analysis. Feature availability depends on the active plan tier.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access and for the activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, security testing without authorization, infringement, or activity that materially disrupts service availability for other users.

4. Customer content

You retain responsibility for the project data, locations, routes, and other content you create or upload. You must have the right to use that content in the service.

5. Fees and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cadence unless cancelled. Taxes, payment processing, and third-party billing requirements may apply.

6. Availability

We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, or other operational events may affect access.

7. No professional or legal advice

SighThor provides planning support and analytical outputs. It does not replace professional judgment, legal review, aviation regulatory advice, or site-specific risk assessment.

8. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SighThor is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms over time. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach, misuse, or legal necessity.
